Back-to-back Colorado lows bring some rocky weather and fluctuating temperatures for Easter
Two Colorado lows are set to move across Ontario heading into the Easter weekend, bringing rain, thunderstorms, and the brief return of 20°C temperatures.

A warm front will lift northward Thursday, with showers beginning in southwestern Ontario during the morning and spreading to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Niagara, and south-central Ontario by the afternoon.
Some higher elevations may see brief, icy precipitation before quickly transitioning to rain.
Showers will be intermittent, with a chance of thunderstorms developing overnight in the southwest. Afternoon highs will climb to the mid-to-upper teens, peaking overnight.
Good Friday will start mild, with temperatures reaching the low 20s from Windsor to Ottawa. Morning rain and thunderstorms will taper off in southern regions by the afternoon.
Mild conditions persist Saturday morning, but a second Colorado low will bring more rain by midday.

By Saturday afternoon, the storm’s cold front could trigger additional thunderstorms. Temperatures will drop sharply behind the front, falling to single digits by Easter Sunday.
