Something to consider before your next backyard cookout
It is always advisable to start with clean hands before handling food. However, using hand sanitizer can pose risks.
Hand sanitizer contains 60-80 percent alcohol, which effectively kills bacteria, but it is also highly flammable.
So, before you light the grill, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and avoid using hand sanitizer.
